As we all know, two of the riders that participated in the B.Y.O.B ghetto bmx jam had some
bad falls.One of them is Jamal. Known to have "balls of steel", Jamal has never failed to push
himself in his riding. Especially jumps,be it dirt or park. Give him a launcher, he'll fly to the moon.
But things took a bad turn for Jamal on the day of the jam. He overshot the landing while trying
a "nothing" at the box jump and landed flat.The impact of the fall fractured his metacarpal and
scaffold, which also cause his wrist to dislocate. Doctors advised him to go for a surgery, but having
a "hardcore" nature in him, Jamal refused. After going through some therapy sessions, he has been
able to move his thumb. but he'll be off his bike for the time being.Hope he'll have a full recovery soon.
